Hi!  I’m Megan, the owner of Megan Dustin Photography, located in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey.

I am so excited to offer you a full-service, boutique studio experience.  I specialize in maternity, newborn, and childhood photography, and I love watching my clients’ families grow.  My studio has been designed to provide you with a comfortable space to relax and enjoy your entire portrait experience.  From the moment we first talk, I want you to feel at ease and excited about your photo session. All of the amenities you might need are available to you during your session—extra diapers, wipes, snacks, drinks, a comfy place to put up your feet, and complimentary wi-fi.

I LOVE neutrals…whites, creams, grays, and blush are my favorites!  They really help to make your baby the star of the show–no distractions with big patterns or loud colors.  Just your adorable, squishy baby!

All the special little touches….delicate flower halos and bonnets, cozy wraps, luxurious posing fabrics.  There is no detail left untouched.

Upon booking, I will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire.  This will help us get to know one another a little better.  You can give me an idea of the colors in your home, your baby’s nursery, and colors/fabrics that you love.  I ask these questions, not because I’m nosy.  (Although I do love to see how other people decorate their homes!)  But, I want to purposefully design your session with the intent of producing gorgeous images that will fit into your home decor.  Because, I WANT you to love them so much that you display your images all over your home.  When you arrive at the studio, I will have prepared for your session, by pulling out lots of options based on your preferences from your questionnaire.  You don’t have to worry about bringing anything to your session–I have it covered!

And guess what?  I’ve got you covered too, mama!  I have a gorgeous client wardrobe with clothing options for moms and older siblings too.  I have carefully curated this wardrobe to include only classic, timeless pieces that are comfortable and beautiful.  Client wardrobe pieces come in a variety of sizes and I invite you to come into the studio for a wardrobe appointment prior to your session.  That way you will know that your entire family will be coordinating and looking amazing for your session!

During your baby’s newborn session, you get to relax right here.  Put your feet up, watch some tv, browse through the amazing product samples, or close your eyes and take a little snooze.  (Most new parents choose that last option–and that is smart!)

Following your session, I invite you to come back for your gallery reveal.  We get back together in this studio space, and we “oooh” and “ahhhh” over how incredibly perfect and amazing your newborn baby looks in your images.  Then, I help you design amazing, GORGEOUS art to display in your home.  Because these images do not belong sitting on a hard drive somewhere.  They need to be seen and remembered every day…because soon that baby won’t be so tiny anymore.  But you’ll always remember…
